Mount
Snow, in southern Vermont, is the envy of all
other Vermont ski resorts in one respect: water
for snowmaking. The huge reservoir right next
door provides all the raw material for the
deepest snowpack. It's a striking sight from
the ski lift, with bands of bright yellow sun
playing across its perfect surface.
