Patriots' Day Parade, Concord MA |

|
Patriots' Day (April 19th) is a big day in Concord MA. If we had an official town holiday, it would be then. |

It was the day in 1775 that the British redcoats marched in from Boston, having slain several Minutemen in Lexington on the way. The British went on to Concord's Old North Bridge, where they met a much larger number of Minutemen who chased them back to Boston and started the Revolutionary War. |
