Dartmouth Skiway at Lyme Center in est-central New Hampshire, 15 miles (24 km) NE of Dartmouth College and Hanover NH, offers 100 acres of skiing along 30 trails (25% Beginner, 50% Intermediate, 25% Advanced), served by three lifts (1 quad, 1 double, and a J-bar).
The 1,943-foot (592-meter) mountain summit offers a forested vertical drop of 968-feet (295-meters). The longest ski run is 1.25 miles (2 km), and 70% of the trails are covered by snowmaking. The Skiway is a family favorite, with its trim McLane Family Lodge, cafeteria, ski and snowboard schools. The Skiway is open to the general public, not just to those connected with Dartmouth College.
