Grafton harbors a number of antique shops, artists' galleries, a village store, and the Grafton Village Cheese Company. |

The Cheese Company makes its own brand, Covered Bridge cheddar, and you can see it being made and buy samples or supplies by following the Townshend Road about a half mile south of the village. Hours are 8:30am to 4pm weekdays all year, 10am to 4:30pm on Saturday from June through October; closed Sunday all year. |
