The White Mountain Highway (US 302/ NH 16A) is the main north-south street through North Conway. The most beautiful way to approach is via I-93 to Lincoln, then head east along the scenic Kancamagus Highway. Coming from Lake Winnipesaukee, NH 25 to 113 to 16; the more scenic approach is up the eastern shore of the lake from Alton on 28 to 109 to 25, then to 113 and 16.
