Public rest rooms/toilets are next door, in the rear of the Town Hall. The Chatham Chamber of Commerce Visitor Information Center is in the David T Bassett House at the intersection of Routes 28 and 137 in South Chatham, open from May through October. Both the booth and the Information Center are run by citizens who know the town inside and out. They offer brochures on places to stay, menus from local restaurants, and information on activities.
